Burton Springs Fishery is a mixed coarse and fly fishery consisting of two lakes set in beautiful quiet countryside overlooked by the Quantock Hills in Somerset.

Whether you are looking for rod bending carp action or the chance to fly fish on the crystal clear trout water containing rainbows, browns, blues and a few tiger trout weighing into double figures, Burton Springs has it all.


The fishery is situated just 10 miles outside of Bridgwater in the hamlet of Burton and is easily accessed via the M5. The fishery contains many double figure carp up to 30 lbs, perch up to 4 lbs and tench up to 7 lbs. A few bream are also present. There are also facilities to make free tea and coffee, a pleasant lodge to shelter in if required and a flush toilet.
