Recently invested in a couple of windcast z 5500 and I'm extremely pleased with them.
I've fitted them on a pair of greys prodigy sx's and they balance perfectly, first session out using
them i latched into a 25lber where the qd clutch really came into it's own, it was extremely smooth
and responsive. Line lay is perfect and comes with a free spool which other more expensive models
fail to do so. With its extremely stylish finish and the same handle as the basiar you really do get
value for money at around 150 quid.
A perfect big pit for someone looking to step up from the regular sized baitrunners.

| Daiwa 6 rod holdall - elanorules

I've just bought a daiwa 6 rod holdall, capable of holding 6 made up rods and 3 loose rods. It's the
best product I've bought since I've started fishing.
It's constructed as having 3 rods at either end to keep the size down but omg this thing has space
for everything, it carries my rods, landing net and pole, sling, bank sticks, buzz bars and even has
the capacity to hold my brolly system. I must also point out that the padding is very generous and
to further insure your equipment is safe it has countless rod straps and 3 beefy clips that hold it
all tightly together. all zips are heavy duty and comes with a water proof bag for when your caught
out lugging your gear on a barrow.
5* holdall, can't recommend it highly enough, priced around 70 quid.

What Daiwa say:
We have taken the tried and trusted Magnum Taper profile, used for many years by top European carp
anglers and given Danny Fairbrass the freedom to design his own specification and finish.
The result is a highly distinctive but subtle look using a low glare silk matt finish and selected
medium profile, high diameter SiC guides. With a butt guide of 50mm the following intermediates of
38mm and 32mm they are designed to ‘funnel’ the line travel towards the tip. A set up that is
preferred by big hitters out there.
Delivering Danny’s own look too is the handle combination. Starting with a Fuji reel seat and
stainless steel trim rings the handle maintains an elegant feel thanks to the profiled NS grip that
continues to the butt. Flared at the end for better gripping this stylised treatment is finished off
with a stainless steel but cap.
