I did some reading up on good ground baits for Carp fishing this time of the year. As we all know,
it is very important not to overfeed your swim and lob in too many free offererings. The dynamite
Swim Stim range seemed perfect, as it promised to keep the Carp in my swim for the duration of the
session, without over feeding them. It's my belief that if you detect an area that looks likely for
carp - it most likely will produce, given time. So I choose three areas, which would be the only
three areas I would be casting to all day and STICK to it. I mixed up the Amino Black mixture with
some of the lake water and catipulted three golf ball sized balls into the areas I intended to fish
all day. I had a tiger nut boilie on my hair rig and mini boilies in a PVA bag (6-8 mini's). In
most cases my casts were perfection, but if I thought one was a centimeter out of place, I recasted.
It was time to sit and wait, but I knew I would be catching. There was plenty of movement and
swirls in the three areas that had been baited and I ended up with 4 carp during the day (which can...
