This was posted on my club website yesterday...thought i'd post it on here to help spread the word
and keep a lookout:

Ive just had a phone call from the parents of one of our regulars, young James Tyley, known well at
the DDAS junior events. Overnight on friday, he has had his entire fishing outfit stolen which is
quite a substanial amount of gear he has built up the last 2 years from saturday jobs etc. Trolley,
match box, rods, reels, a Middy Rock Ard Pole which stands out as it was set up with a unique puller
system with gormets into the top section walls. He is apperentaly very upset. If word can get round
on this. We have watched him really progress here at the fishery from no knowledge to a handy little
angler. We are going to ask his family about the fishery putting a reward up to recover this but in
the mean time if word can be put about to look out for it. Thanks

Just finished watching yet another boring same old thinking tackle.
Carp fishing for me is not the newest best tackle that money can buy or fishing 3 miles across a
lake to the horizon. Its all far to set up and although Danny Fairbrass is a top carper he has
started to do my head in.
So the main reason for this thread is to thank Chris and Jay for keeping it real for all us normal
carpers !!!!!!!!

Baught this the other week, good price for 2m, about £5, its very very supple and heavy,
a recommended rig tubing in my eyes, I dont like leadcores but this tubing does a brilliant job
instead,
