hi all a mate of mine has a lake down in france ive been trying to sale a couple of holidays for him on ebay if you google lac de lion u should get onto his website .. this lake is virtually unfished and the average size is 24lbs so im told . with fish pushing 50 lbs .
accroding to paul my mate the chaps that have fished it over the past couple of seasons havnt even bothered to night fish as they have had so much action in the daytime . sounds great im going down there shortly as ive not been to france since 1996 and i havnt caught a decent fish for as long time . anyone interested contact myself or paul for more details there r some weeks left in june and july . oh the lake is 5 acres and two people get to fish it exclusivly for around 500 smackeroonies . 500 quid for two people woo gotta be good colin katch karp

Went to Bounty Lakes in France 2 weeks ago. Even though the fish were in pre spawning mode had a great week. Took me half a week to get in tune rig wise, but after finding the winning method ended up with a couple of 20's and my first 30 just. Plenty of cats through the week too. Anyone fancy a trip to a more runs water type lake in France (good mix of 20's and 30's) can really reccomend it, will be going back.

im just about to finish my holiday in the dordogne region of france,ive been out fishing every evening on the vast river that runs through the caravan park in staying on.All in all its been very tough going this year with many anglers catching nothing at all,so my results are even more pleasing the list goes like this

15lb catfish
13lb catfish
11lb barbel
10lb 13oz barbel
9lb barbel
8lb 8oz barbel
4 small barbel that i didnt weigh
14lb common
2lb 1oz roach
i stinking eel
all were caught on a feeder plugged with dynamite meaty marine groundbait and my home made boilies.
