Okay, so Friday evening I decided to pack up the car and head to Todber for a quick 20 hour session.
Picked Little Hayes as I've only ever fished it the once and didn't really get anything over
13lbs.
Only had one solid run at 11pm which produced a 20lbs 6oz Mirror, a PB and my first 20! I was made
up!

Sorry about the image quality, self taking on a shit camera!

Here are a few tips that may help to improve your night fishing experiences
1. Organisation
Everything must be organised by sundown, if you use something put it back where it belongs, stow
away all unnecessary gear while you can still see what you're doing, less things to fall over in the
night and you'll know where to find everything
2. Litter
Keep a polythene bag tied on a bankstick outside the bivvy to use as a rubbish bin, keep your bait
up off the floor otherwise its going to attract rats.
3. Batteries
Make sure you have spare batteries for your alarms and torch as nothings worse than having to gring
the rods in because you cant detect bites or not being able to see what you're doing.
4. Mark your line
Marking your line with pole elastic can be a great way to consistently cast blind to the same spot
if you have to recast in the night.
5. Food & Drink
Carry plenty of spare water as a brew in the night can be great for warming up, also we've found it...
