Welcome to backofthelandingnet.co.uk, the OFFICIAL site of the youtube series Back Of The Landing Net. The series follows two carp fisherman Chris and Jay, and their adventures trying to catch a p.b carp! Not subscribing to the usual serious and intense nature of a lot of carp fisherman, they believe that having a laugh, and enjoying the countryside are almost as important as catching carp…Almost! Often joined by part-time presenter Matt, the lads head off to lakes near or far, in all weathers, to catch their crafty, and sometimes elusive quarry.

On this site there is a tips section, where there’s a wide selection of skills and information videos, showing you techniques from ‘how to hair rig a boilie’ to ‘how to make boilies’! And info on rigs, pva, bait presentation,etc. and will consider all requests to make a video on something you want to know!

Also there is a carp lake directory. Which we’ll be updating constantly, and we hope will one day become one of the most comprehensive carp directories ever. Please don’t forget to send us your favourite lakes to add to the directory! Use the ‘contact’ button.
